- I could be wrong, but it seems to me that a lot of people are misinterpreting what the rules are. It does not mean they only get to go to the bathroom 3 times a week. It means while in the classroom, they are limited to 3 times a week.

- Hey dumb-ss, the US is the most giving country in the world and I'm not talking about the handouts the government gives. The "rich" not only pay 80% of the taxes, they also donate 10's of billions more through philanthropy, which is about 100 times more than the middle and lower class donate.

- First thing Newark needs to do is close all the schools and refund the billions spent for one of the worst school systems in the country, if not the world, to the taxpayers! Then fire everyone in the city government and school district, then recruit people that actually have a clue.

- I also get tired of hearing all the fools on here flapping their lips about how unfair it is to tax the middle and lower class. I just kind of wonder how it is fair to burden the top 10% of earners who pay 80% of all taxes, but it isn't fair to burden everyone equally!

- Just give me back the contributions I have made over the past 35 years, with interest based on the market. I still have another 15 years to work before I'm eligible for full benefits. I'll invest it myself and have a lot more than SS will ever provide! And don't take out SS from me anymore.

- I guess you are talking about the 40% that don't pay taxes! So let's bankrupt the people that are actually paying the overwhelming majority of money the government takes in (re: top 10% pay 80% of taxes). That will help you "poor" blowhards, won't it?

- How is it you people are slamming the republicans? The article doesn't even quote a republican! All of the people in the article are democrats! I guess your hate for republicans, or fiscal conservatism, is winning out over sensible thought.
